This project involves contract of supplying of food products such as fishs , vegetables,fruit and raw items to the Goverments Institutions such as Malaysian Armed Forces, Hospitals and Social Welfare Institutions and others in the Peninsular and Sarawak regions according to the specified zones.

These project is located in 4 places so as to facilitate smooth operation in each region which are:-

Central Contractual Project - Established on August, 1990 located in Taman Wahyu, Kuala Lumpur.
Perak Contractual Project - Established on November, 1996, located in Ipoh, Perak including Cameron Highland.
Pahang Contractual Project - Established on January, 1997 located in Kuantan, Pahang
Sarawak Contractual Project - Established on September, 1994 located in Kuching, Sarawak

This project operates on itsown where NEKMAT is staff is directly involves in the operation. NEKMAT provides all the infrustructures involved in the operation of this project to ensure it runs smoothly. This project stock up various types of frozen fish up to 3 months supply to ensure continous supplies were not disrupted.

NEKMAT also involved in supplying cooked food since 2005 for boarding school and UiTM in Kedah and Selangor. The current ongoing project is in Sekolah Menengah Sains Kubang Pasu, Jitra, KEDAH.
